  • Descrição: During the construction of pipelines, the insulation may suffer injuries. The direct current voltage gradient procedure is an effective method for insulation fault detection. Experiences of this study are presented, with particular attention to the effectiveness evaluation of the elevated level voltage test method. In addition, an attempt is made in the main characteristic identification of the insulation fault parameters (fault area, current drain).
