Descrição: Despite the prominence of Human Rights Education (HRE) in other parts of the world, relatively little HRE now takes place in the primary and secondary public schools of the US, and as yet neither the federal government nor any of the state governments have articulated comprehensive public policies on HRE in those schools. Stone examines HRE and public policy in the US.
