Descrição: 정보통신윤리의 역기능을 예방하기 위해서는 무엇보다 먼저 청소년들의 올바른 정보통신윤리 의식의 함양이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 먼저 자신의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준 파악이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 타당하고 신뢰롭게 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 전문가 협의와 문헌 연구를 통해 정보통신윤리 의식의 영역을 구분하고 세부 지표를 새로 구성하였다. 둘째, 델파이 조사를 실시하여 앞서 개발한 세부 지표의 영역을 바탕으로 정보통신윤리 의식 검사도구와 이에 맞는 교육 및 상담 자료를 개발하였다. 이는 인터넷의 보편화와 정보화 사회 속에서 청소년들의 상당수가 무의식적으로 장보화 역기능의 피해자와 가해자가 되고 있는 현실을 볼 때, 학생들 스스로가 정보화 사회에서 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하고 이를 행동으로 옮기려는 의지를 기르는 것이 정보통신윤리 교육의 궁극적인 목표라고 가정한다면, 검사도구와 교육자료 개발이야 말로 정보통신윤리 의식을 향상 시키는 대책이다. 셋째, 본 연구에서는 정보통신윤리 교육 DB, 상담 및 교육 자료, 시나리오 기반의 정보통신윤리의식 검사 도구 등 각종 자료와 분석 및 검사 프로그램을 통합하여 웹 상에서 서비스를 제공하고 실제 각급 학교에서 운영할 수 있도록 정보통신윤리 교육지원시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육지원시스템은 학생 개인의 정보통신윤리 의식 수준을 진단하여 정확한 현재 상황을 파악하여, 학생 개인의 의식 수준에 맞는 교육 및 상담 자료를 정보통신윤리 교육 DB를 통하여 검색하여 제공한다. 결론적으로, 정보통신윤리 교육지원시스템은 개발되는 각종 자료들과 프로그램들을 통합하여 웹 상에서 서비스를 제공함으로써 학생과 교사에게 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하며 지속적으로 정보통신윤리와 관련된 내용을 데이터베이스화 하여 학생의 문제 상황에 가장 적합한 교육방법과 교육 자료를 찾아주므로 가정과 학교는 물론 사회에서 소외된 학생과 학부모 및 교사에게 최고의 서비스를 제공하게 될 것이다. To prevent the reverse function of Information and Communication Ethics(ICE), Students of the digital society have the right consciousness of ICE. For this reason and above all things, they need to know their level or consciousness of ICE. Based from this notion, the purpose of this study is to develop the test items to measure the consciousness of ICE for adolescent. First, the study presented, based on experts’ conferences and studies, a new index of consciousness of ICE which consists of moderation, respect, responsibility and participation. Second, it selected contents of the measurement by domain and developed the test items and consultation and educational materials from the Delphi research. Considering the reality that most students quite often end up being both the harmer and the victim of the reverse function or information-oriented society without Distinguishing between ethical and unethical, it is crucial to let them. Be aware of Information and Communication Ethics such that they themselves are able to judge between ethically right and wrong actions wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. Therefore, it is important to develop such test items and consultation and educational materials. Third, the test items and consultation and educational materials include the Information and Communication Ethics Education and Consultation (ICE-EC) support system was developed by using web technologies for making system management easy. And then, The ICE-EC support system was operated at the schools. In conclusion, this study provides a convenient interface through the ICE-EC support system including test items and various materials and programs. And then, The ICE-EC support system Provides means of how to find the most appropriate educational and materials for Particular problems and situations of students. Thus, The Information and Communication Ethics Education and Consultation support system will provide the best service for families and schools, students and parents, and teachers.
