  • Descrição: Most of the fasteners in an aircraft requires holes of very close tolerance. The size of these holes ranges from 3-16 to 5-8 inch in diameter. Inspection of these holes is very essential. A data processing computer system is used for inspection using a capacitance sensor. An algorithm design for the system is discussed. A block diagram shows the capacitance hole probe system.
