  • Descrição: n.sp. is described from the intestine of from Asir, southern region, Saudi Arabia. Sporulated oocysts are elongate-ellipsoid, 29.2 × 17.6 (26.4–31.5 × 15.5–19.0) m, with smooth greenish-yellow bilayered wall, 1.03 (0.9–1.3) m. Micropyle, polar granule and oocyst residuum are absent. Sporocysts are ellipsoid, 10.5 × 7.0 (8.0–11.0 × 6.4–7.8) m. Sporocyst residuum is present. The sporocysts lack a Stieda body. Sporozoites are crescent-shaped, blunt at one end and slightly tapered at the other. species from Agamidae are compared.
