Descrição: Most patients diagnosed with lung cancer will receive some form of anti-cancer drug therapy over the course of their illness. Not all patients will benefit from these treatments, which are often associated with significant toxicity. This research investigated potential biomarkers that could predict which patients are more or less likely to benefit from these therapies. Based on this work, it has been shown that CDCA3, PLK1, hSSB1 and BANF1 have potential applications as biomarkers and warrant further investigation. Source: TROVE
