Descrição: Since the beginning of the year 2000, more and more researchers are interested in the prospect of practice in strategy, i.e. with the way in which managers use the strategy in their daily activities (Mounoud, 2001; Johnson, Melin, Whittington, 2003; Golsorkhi, 2006; Johnson, Langley, Melin and Whittington, 2007; Jarzabkowski, Balogun and Seidl, 2007). Rather than stress the contents of the strategy and the processes of change strategic, this work examines the activities, the routines, the speeches and the daily conversations of the managers who take part in the formation of the strategy of their company (Balogun, 2003; City and Mounoud, 2003; Jarzabkowski, 2004).
