Descrição: Stresses in material in the case of magnetoimpulse method of processing metal are calculated. Radial stresses throughout the thickness of a material for the case of free deformation have a nonalternating character. With a decrease in frequency of discharge the values of radial stresses decrease and this should reduce preliminary cold hardening of the material.
