Descrição: Chahryar Adle, emeritus-senior researcher at the CNRS, passed away in Paris on Sunday 21 June 2015, at the age of seventy-one. As a researcher at the CNRS, Chahryar Adle collaborated directly with the Center for Archaeological Research in Iran and with the Iranian Ministry of Art and Culture under the Pahlavi regime.
