  • Descrição: For the treatment and prevention of non-tamed domestic and wild animals with parasitosis, a new supramolecular complex of ivermectin (SMCI) was used, which is formed when the solid dispersion of ivermectin obtained during its joint mechanochemical treatment with the polysaccharide arabinogalactan and the polymer PVP is dissolved in water. As a result of studies on the general toxic effect and tolerability of SMCI for subchronic toxicity, it was shown that it at a dose of 60.0, 30.0 and 15.0 mg / kg for ivermectin with daily intragastric use for 7 days, on the 8th and 55th days did not cause the death of animals and external manifestations of toxicity, did not change the behavioral reactions of animals.
