Descrição: The examinations conducted with the use of phytotests aim at assessment of the effective level of the residues of the biologically active substances of herbicides in soil. The examples of the use of plant biodetectors in the examinations (the dynamics of degradation and the translocation of the active substances of herbicides) were presented in the study. The results obtained during the experiments confirmed the great usefulness of the phytotests method to test the behaviour of the active ingredients of herbicides in soil.
