Descrição: Three cases of Paget's disease of the nipple are presented occurring in women treated for carcinoma of the breast with subcutaneous mastectomy and primary silicone reconstruction. These cases represent a 0.5% incidence of this problem in 584 women similarly treated over fourteen years. A suggested method of management is outlined.
