  • Descrição: Since the environment and its components are the vital medium in which man lives, he has become the focus of human societies to provide a safe environment for the living of the individual. And the rapid pace of growth of human societies and the breadth and prosperity of industries. Which would generate many problems in the environment, including pollution and depletion of resources. Hence, the interest in the problem of environmental pollution and internationalization, which created mechanisms for the protection of the environment, has become international and regional conventions in this regard, which created interest in the existence of legislative mechanisms governing the protection of the environment and occupied high status as a legal means to simplify protection of the environment, Develop public policies to protect the environment from the danger of pollution and protect human beings and the environment from harm. As the administration has the largest and most important role in protecting the environment, it enjoys the general powers granted to it by legislation to preserve the environment and deter violators. This study is intended to show the administrative control measures in protecting the environment from pollution types, and it was limited to administrative control measures in protecting the environment from urban pollution.
