  • Descrição: In the following chapter the authors provide a study of the processes arising in the sphere of attracted foreign investment in the form of technology transfer and other results of intellectual property and investment activity with foreign investors participating throughout the Russian Federation. The researchers also consider the types of intellectual property that can be transferred and specify the range of subjects interrelated. The authors highlight the current problems in the field of foreign investment in the form of capital stock formation of intellectual property rights and propose various ways to solve them. The recovery of the economy is largely facilitated by effective investment activity, which serves as an important lever for the recovery processes and contributes to attracting foreign investment. Ensuring favorable investment climate in Russia is a matter of national importance, the implementation of which depends on socio-economic dynamics, the effectiveness of participation in international economic processes, increasing the innovative potential of the country and the possibility of modernization on this basis of the national economy. The problem of attracting foreign investment into the domestic economy has existed for many years and continues to retain its importance to the present. Despite the active work of foreign investors in the Russian economy, the amount of foreign capital attracted leaves much to be desired. This problem is actually relevant due to the aggravated foreign economic disagreements and contradictions, since investments are extremely important for financing economic growth and ensuring economic security and security. Investments contribute to economic growth, provide a favorable financial climate for the country, and represent an additional source of investment in the national production of goods, works and services. All the mentioned above makes it possible to attribute the issues of attracting foreign investment to the number of problematic ones that require a comprehensive study of the current state of the investment climate and the norms of Russian legislation regulating investment activities with the participation of foreign investors.
