Descrição: Review of exhibition at Cubitt Gallery, London. A group of people were asked to 'describe a landscape that represents your idea of home'. Carvalho's painted renditions of the results are presented alongside paradisiacal landscapes culled from travel magazines and painted fantasy backdrops. Responses to the initial invitation were astonishingly uniform; the project contributed to the vast body of theory on the idea of home by dispelling Freudian notions of its meaning.
