Descrição: Claire Moses received me at her home in Reston, Virginia, just outside Washington D.C., in June 2011, after we had talked mostly by email. She had just retired from the University of Maryland's Women's Studies Department and from editorial coordination of the prestigious journal Feminist Studies, where she continues to serve as a member of the editorial collective. In this interview, the highlights are the account of her trajectory as a feminist intellectual, one of the first to be hired in the Department of Women's Studies, her academic involvement, her activism and her role in the journal Feminist Studies, in addition to her studies on the influence of the so-called French Feminist School in the United States.
