  • Descrição: In the mountains of Bolivia, one of the largest lithium deposits in the world is located, which could become a key resource for producing lithium-ion batteries. In this work, analysis of basic technological processes required for manufacturing lithium-ion batteries is performed taking into account the specifics of the raw material base available in Bolivia. An automated line is proposed and designed for the production of lithium-ion batteries with various dimensional and power characteristics in this country. On the automated line, technological processes and zones were identified where it is advisable to install robots, including packaging operations for finished products at the final stage. To design robotic zones, ABB software was used with an extensive library of ABB robots and auxiliary components. The movements of the ABB robots were simulated in the ABB RobotStudio software environment. Draft geometric models of special technological equipment necessary for simulating the automated line were created in the AoutoCAD software. Based on the simulation in off-line programming mode, control programs for robots installed on the automated line have been compiled. A separate study in the framework of this studies was carried out on the problems of using collaborative robots as part of the planned production.
