Descrição: By means of an all metal hollow cathode tube various kinds of glass were investigated for fluorine, chlorine and arsenic. F, Cl and As were traceable in concentrations of 10 −4 in samples of 2 mg of glass. The mean error of intensity was 15% in this case.
