Descrição: A planned top leadership change at health insurer Aetna should have little effect on the payer's relationship with providers, health industry experts say. The insurer last week announced that chairman and CEO Ronald Williams, 60, will begin handing over leadership of the company to his long-pegged successor, current Aetna President Mark Bertolini, in late November. The transition comes as Aetna and other insurers are gearing up for significant changes to their reimbursement and coverage models under healthcare reform. But industry observers said they don't see any particular significance to the timing and don't expect any sweeping departures.
